계정 삭제
1. 앱에서 지우기
게임 안 설정 › 계정 › 계정 삭제를 누르고 확인하면 요청됩니다. 요청 뒤 7일이 지나면 계정이 지워지고, 그 안에 같은 계정으로 다시 로그인하면 요청이 취소됩니다.
2. 앱 없이 요청하기
앱을 지웠거나 들어갈 수 없으면 gionisoft@gmail.com 으로 '계정 삭제 요청'을 보내 주세요. 본인 확인을 위해 아래 중 하나를 적어 주시면 됩니다.
- 게임 UID (설정 › 계정에 보이는 숫자)
- 연동한 로그인 방법과 그 계정의 이메일 (Google · Apple · 네이버 · 솜니아 계정)
확인되면 앱에서 요청한 것과 같이 처리하고, 처리 결과를 메일로 알려 드립니다.
3. 지우는 것
계정 · 로그인 연결 · 프로필(닉네임) · 영웅 · 재화 · 아이템 · 진행 · 마을 · 둥지 · 친구 · 등불회 소속 · 설정 · 푸시 알림 토큰. 남은 유료 재화(꿈조각)도 함께 사라지며 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
4. 남는 것 (정한 기간 뒤 지움)

Delete your account (English)
In the app: open Settings › Account › Delete account and confirm. Your account is deleted after 7 days; signing in again with the same account within 7 days cancels the request.
Without the app: email gionisoft@gmail.com with your game UID (shown in Settings › Account) or the sign-in method and email you linked (Google, Apple, NAVER or Somnia account). We process it the same way and reply by email.
Deleted: your account, sign-in links, nickname, heroes, currencies (including unused paid Dream Shards — not refundable), items, progress, village, nest, friends, guild membership, settings and push tokens.
Kept for a limited time: payment records and summon / currency logs for 5 years (unlinked from your account, required by Korean e-commerce law and for disputes), support requests for 3 years, gameplay and access logs for 1 year from recording, chat messages for 30 days (reported ones 180 days, author shown as "Departed traveler"), backups for 35 days.
