이용약관
1. 계정
만 14세 이상이면 솜니아 계정(이메일) 또는 Google · Apple · Facebook · 네이버 계정으로 가입할 수 있습니다. 계정은 본인만 쓰고, 다른 사람에게 팔거나 빌려주지 않습니다.
2. 유료 아이템
결제는 각 앱 스토어의 정책을 따르며, 청약 철회 · 환불은 관련 법령과 스토어 정책에 따릅니다. 확률형 아이템의 확률은 게임 안에 표시합니다.
3. 금지 행위
비정상 프로그램 · 버그 악용 · 계정 거래 · 다른 이용자에 대한 괴롭힘은 이용 제한 사유가 됩니다.
3-1. 채팅 · 이름 · 소개 (이용자 게시물)
채팅 · 계정 이름 · 등불회 이름 · 소개 · 카드 한마디 등 이용자가 쓰는 글에서 욕설 · 혐오 · 차별 · 음란 · 폭력 · 괴롭힘 · 개인정보 노출 · 광고 · 사기 · 불법 내용은 어떤 경우에도 허용하지 않습니다. 금칙어는 자동으로 걸러지고, 모든 글은 길게 눌러 신고하거나 쓴 사람을 차단할 수 있습니다. 신고된 글은 운영자가 24시간 안에 확인해 글을 지우고, 쓴 사람의 채팅 · 계정 이용을 제한하거나 계정을 정지합니다. 가입하면 이 규정에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
4. 서비스 변경 · 종료
서비스를 바꾸거나 끝낼 때는 게임 안에서 미리 알립니다.
5. 계정 삭제
설정에서 언제든 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있고, 7일 뒤 계정이 지워집니다. 법령 등에 따라 보관하는 기록은 개인정보 처리방침 3장에 적은 기간이 지나면 지웁니다.
Terms of Service (English)
Anyone aged 14 or older may sign up with a Somnia account (email) or a Google, Apple, Facebook or NAVER account. Accounts are personal and may not be sold or shared. Purchases follow each app store's policies and applicable law; gacha rates are shown in the game. Cheating, exploiting bugs, trading accounts or harassing other players may lead to restrictions. User content: there is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users in chat, names, guild names, bios and card messages (profanity, hate, harassment, sexual or violent content, personal information, spam, scams or anything illegal). Filtered words are blocked automatically, and every message can be reported or its author blocked. We review reports within 24 hours, remove the content and restrict or ban the account. By signing up you agree to these rules. We will announce changes or the end of service in the game in advance. You can request account deletion in Settings at any time; your account is deleted after 7 days, and records we keep by law or for abuse prevention are deleted after the periods in the Privacy Policy.
